Inhofe: WikiLeaks climate revelations show Obama’s ‘desperation’
The revelation that the Obama administration used a covert CIA program to dig up dirt on countries opposed to the Copenhagen climate treaty shows a White House desperate to enforce its orthodoxy on global warming, Oklahoma Republican Sen. James Inhofe told The Daily Caller.
Earlier this month, The Guardian newspaper reported that State Department administration officials, acting at the request of the CIA, sent a secret cable on July 31, 2009, asking U.S. diplomats to gather intelligence on other countries’ preparations for the then-pending Copenhagen climate conference. The request also asked diplomats to be on the lookout for indications that countries were not fostering environmental cooperation and for evidence of countries circumventing U.N.-sponsored environmental treaties.
The cables do not make clear whether CIA Director Leon Panetta was directly involved in the request. Panetta has a long, documented history of environmental activism, particularly on climate change, going back several decades.

UN Mulls Plan To Police The Internet

Climate tinkers exposé
What the chart here also clearly indicates are major changes (cooling adjustments) to the global temperature record starting around 1938. The cooling adjustments continue up through 1965. Ozone is the climate control knob - CFCs are insignificant - Divination

Astrology (the divination of the supposed influences of the stars and planets on human affairs and terrestrial events by their positions and aspects) has much in common with climate science (the divination of the supposed influences of trace gases on human affairs, atmospheric events and climate by their volume).

Beneficiaries of regulation
Other than agenda advancement, political and financial gain, has there been any positive benefit to the public or the climate in the various regulations and "pressure brought to bear" regarding the use of DDT, emissions of sulphates, NOx, N2O, CO2, O3 etc? Unless one classes increasing loss of freedom, higher costs of and lowering standards of living, reducing income, mass starvation and death and no measurable effect on the climate as improvements, no.

Considering DDT's well know product of curtailment, genocide, the minimal effects of acid rain, the loss of precipitation and warming due to clean air acts, biofuels production and combustion emission of nitrogen compounds, ozone and CO2 at tens to hundreds of times greater levels than the production and combustion of petrol causes, let alone the additional fertiliser to produce fuel crops that is enlarging the dead zone in the Mexican Gulf and elsewhere, (not forgetting deforestation) the evidence strongly implies a UNEP (a political advocacy and world government project participant) con in each case and in my opinion the scientists, the bureaucrats and the private interests such as DuPont, Enron, GE, insurance companies, banksters and other lobbyist organisations such as the WWF, WHO, Greenpeace etc need to be questioned under oath before a court and the real truth established.

The real shame lies with those politicians that give every indication that they won their position to benefit lobbyists, industry and various political factions such as globalist banksters and their eco-fascist "charities" rather than serve the public. Such should be a prosecutable offence (if not already) that would likely see Obama, many democrats and EPA heads and the Blair-Brown-Cameron-Clegg governments out of a job and before a judge.

Use of Factoids
The blackening of the reputation of CO2 by presentation of overblown opinions and hyped assumptive model products that failed and continue to fail badly to be a predictive tool is well known, the climate has made liars and a laughing stock of dogmatic believers and proselytisers such as the UN, Gore, Blair, Huhne etc. are regarded as profit motivated low brow comedians or con artists.

The fact is that IR in CO2's range emitted by the surface can not be detected escaping upward from the boundary layer and from around 370 parts per million emissions to space from the TOA have increased. That informs that the range is saturated and only the input of higher levels of solar radiation can increase the warming benefit of additions to the CO2 volume.

Total IR upward emissions at the TOA have increased as TSI reduced while albedo dropped a lesser amount than outgoing IR energy, that thoroughly confounds the GHG theory. That the CO2 range is saturated has not increased the warmth of the planet as emission to space in other parts of the IR spectrum have increased and more than compensated CO2's saturation. We can now emit any amount of CO2 with confidence that at existing levels of solar input there will be no additional detained heat from surface IR in its range and seemingly increased cooling with additions if the warmist "correlation is causation" motto is adhered to. That is fortunate as China's emissions will exceed present day global volumes by 2030, and add to that India's escalating production plus Africa's development (that genocidal globalists are attempting to thwart via its weapons of mass destruction, the UN and European Commission).

As the graph to the left shows, emissions at the TOA in CO2's IR range are increasing despite CO2 density increasing. Evidence that CO2 absorbed to its limit at~370 ppm. Notable is the total silence of the warmist community that delivered us into the green hell of the UN's creation.

Sulphate emissions were also regulated by dictate of UNEP. The product was a large contribution to last century warming (that ended around 1995). Now there is talk of adding sulphates to plane fuel, spraying it directly into the air to cool the planet and it is being seriously considered by the same insane eco-fascist bureaucrats in the UN and government departments that brought in the original legislation.

DDT use although not strictly speaking legislated, was sharply curtailed by the UN's unwritten threat, use it and lose financial aid. Millions died as a result. A crime as yet untried let alone punished. The harmful effects of DDT have never been proven and that it was in recent years permitted by the murderers to be used again says everything about their guilt.

Aerosol emission is a whole other tale of deceit. I'll leave that as I haven't fully researched the consequences but it is known that precipitation fell as a result of clean air acts. Yet another UN and governmental action that added to warming.

CFCs. The stratosphere's chemical makeup and how various compounds cohabit, the warming and cooling they produce directly and indirectly and how that affects the different tropospheric layers down to the boundary layer is still frontier science. The legislation that restricted emission was thwarted by DuPont until it had a (more expensive) replacement. Then it lobbied strongly for a CFC ban. It profits from the trade of offsets as does Enron (now GE), Gore, Stern, Oxburgh, Strong, Soros, the Rothschild-Rockefeller bankster cartel and likely most proponents and supporting politicos.

Some facts on ozone, a topic I have spent a long time looking at.
The science is far from settled. Emissions of CFCs bear no relation to the variability seen in ozone. An almost perfect correlation is seen when comparing the UV index with O3 variation. Other factors include;
-Temperature in the stratosphere affects ozone formation (cooling slows it, the layer cooled at least since the 1940s).
-Volcanoes cause dramatic cooling by injecting WV, HCls, sulphates and aerosols. The initial rapid rise in T is driven by O3 depletion, WV absorption of up and downward IR radiation and aerosol absorption of solar radiation overcoming the sulphate albedo effect. The  rapid crystal formation due to aerosol volume forming a base for WV condensation quickly reverses the warming influence due to the reflective properties of ice. The slow downward precipitation of the ice crystals and ozone recovery due to the loss of an H ion source and other anti O3 chemicals that attach to the crystals allows O3 to rebound, albeit slowly.

-Temperature in the troposphere affects the height of the boundary between the troposphere and the stratosphere that increases and decreases N ion downward precipitation into the ozone layer. The ions readily combine with O ions and O2 to form compounds that can take an O molecule from O3.
-H2O has a big influence. As water vapour its breakdown by high energy UV leaves an H ion or HO that are anti O3 chemicals, and it readily combine with other ions and compounds and form a major component of other anti O3 compounds. It is responsible for forming clouds that in polar winter provide a surface that avoids precipitation of compounds that would otherwise precipitate down, out of the O3 danger zone. In the polar spring, the clouds evaporate or sublimate leaving a high level of acids and various chemicals in a small area where a legion of O3 breakers form, (a factor in forming an ozone "hole").
-The diameter of the polar vortices also influences O3 levels within their circumference. A negative mood (high pressure, cool phase) causes their extent to expand towards the equator broadening the diameter and so slowing the wind (jet stream) by lengthening the path travelled. That is favourable for migration of O3 towards the poles. A low pressure small diameter with fast winds reduces migration. As migration is the principle source of O3, the vortices must be considered a major factor in "hole" creation. The phase (mood) of the vortices looks to be regulated by the depth of penetration of inward flowing warm currents from the Pacific and Atlantic and air current variation. The Arctic vortex was in positive mood since the 1970s and changed to negative (synch'ing with ocean oscillations) as demonstrated by the increasing winter snow cover extent of 2007-08, 08-09, 09-10 and this winter may increase the near record extent seen last year.
-Seasonal emissions from oceans of bromides, salts and chlorine and other compounds add to the stratospheric reservoir of O3 depleting compound components.
-UV is an O3 creation enabler (UVC splits O2) and destroyer (UVB) of O3. Levels determine O3 volume to a very high degree demonstrated  by a very close correlation.

Global Warming Potential of Chlorofluorocarbons and Their Replacements

More recently, Fisher and McFarland (1992) recognized that impact assessment of CFC alternatives on global warming must not only include direct-emission effects based on GWP, but indirect, energy-related CO2 emissions as well in "Alternatives to CFCs and Global Warming." The authors contend that if using a particular CFC alternative requires higher fuel consumption, any benefit due to decreased GWP could be offset by increased CO2 emissions. The sum of the direct and indirect emissions associated with a particular gas has been defined as its Total Equivalent Warming Impact (TEWI). The AFEAS report Energy and Global Warming Impacts of CFC Alternative Technologies describes the methodology for determining TEWI and its application in several commercial, industrial, and household case studies (Fischer et al. 1991).

Evidence is emerging that ozone holes have always formed and that as well as being a seasonal phenomenon are cyclical, driven by solar moods and short term axial precession perturbations such as nutatation. A strong case is developing that as well as the CFC science findings being hyper-inflated by biased funding, UN actions to outlaw their use were politically motivated and driven by the agenda of globalisation idealists with the complicity of sycophantic politicians demonstrated by the absence of independent cost benefit reports in any aspect of legislation pretended to be for control of atmosphere content and climate variation and temperature regulation.

So there you have it. The complicity of sycophantic politicians, scientific journals and the boards of scientific organisations (that biased funding as did the EC) with directives produced by the UN and EC (whose agenda of world government by stealth and deceit is set by their directors in the various eco-fascist think tanks) aided by the profiteering of businesses, banksters, media and by "stupid but helpful" enviro-nut campaigners have all conspired deliberately or ignorantly to bring about regulation and financially penal legislation based on biased and inflated science findings that are based on no more than unsubstantiated assumption, belief and or fabrication.

CFCs are attributed with being overwhelmingly responsible for the presence of chlorine in the stratosphere based on circumstantial evidence - measurement of chlorine and opinion. CFCs are not measured, it is assumed that CFCs are responsible for the Cl volume in the stratosphere. Cl is not long lived as it is soluble and readily attaches to water droplets and ice that precipitate out of the layer. Volcanoes emit large volumes of HCls and we had 3 that deeply penetrated the stratosphere (intruding up to 25 miles), in 1963, '82 and '91 and a few VEI 4 to 5s from the 1940s. The stratosphere cooled rapidly and T recovery was slow. Even eruptions that don't penetrate put HCls high in the troposphere where some must be conveyed upward. 

CFC emissions have no detectable correlation with ozone levels and so no significant influence. They are harmless to ozone until their chlorine is separated and "activated" by bonding with other molecules and for that it needs cloud and sunlight and tens of winters. The rise to the stratosphere is not exactly rapid either, 5 to 15 years or more according to some observations. The bonding path takes far longer than assumed by assumptive modellers if the following was proven. 

[...] new data for the break-down rate of a crucial molecule, dichlorine peroxide (Cl2O2). The rate of photolysis (light-activated splitting) of this molecule reported by chemists at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California1, was extremely low in the wavelengths available in the stratosphere - almost an order of magnitude lower than the currently accepted rate. "This must have far-reaching consequences," Rex says. "If the measurements are correct we can basically no longer say we understand how ozone holes come into being." What effect the results have on projections of the speed or extent of ozone depletion remains unclear. 


The rapid photolysis of Cl2O2 is a key reaction in the chemical model of ozone destruction developed 20 years ago (see graphic). If the rate is substantially lower than previously thought, then it would not be possible to create enough aggressive chlorine radicals to explain the observed ozone losses at high latitudes... The way it happens. CFC breaks up when high energy UV breaks it down or by photolysis acting on cloud ice crystal surfaces in the polar spring. A free Cl molecule takes an O3 molecule, the ClO then meets a free O molecule (ion) or takes another from O3 that attaches to the O of the ClO and releases the Cl. The abundance of O ions and low level of UV after O2 and O3 filtration means that Cl delays the process of O3 formation only insignificantly, much bonding with other chemicals. Cl's abundance in a few hundred parts per trillion (equates to how many parts per m3?), the seasonal increase in ocean bromine and Cl compounds emission and the lowering height of the tropopause on cooling when the Sun goes down increasing the precipitation of N ions from the atm. above the O3 layer, the cooling of the stratosphere and the fact that O3 volume is tied to solar UV and proton emission and GCR volume implies that CFC bedevilment is just another con.



Also in the mix, falling levels of ozone cause increasing levels of UV in the troposphere so increasing tropospheric breakdown of CFCs and when broken down the same rules apply as for surface emissions (other than volcanic) of HCl, rapid removal from the air. CFC transport upwards in air currents that are very likely humid infers that volume decrease will increasingly occur by dissolution in water droplets with height as solubility increases as temperature decreases.

Eliminating the alleged CFC stratospheric influence would be only 50% effective as Cl suppresses nitrogen depletion. 
 The UN is responsible for CFC demonization based on anecdotal opinions, modelled assumption likely proved wrong by the discovery mentioned above (that appears to have been stifled) and propaganda. Politicians, DuPont, CFC offset sellers and investors are the only profiters from the hype. The UN has form. DDT due to a bird egg mentioned in a book, sulphates, and now CO2 plus any other chemical it can get paid scientists to demonize.

Given the GWP of HCFCs and the unrestrained release of them, CFCs were a much better option for the climate, business and our wallets. However even with the warming benefit of CFC replacements, the now abundant HCFCs and similar, the climate is unperturbed in its cycles.

Below is how the post began originally. I decided to add the source of the politicization and attempt by ne'er do wells to evolve "proof by consensus" of atmospheric science as an introduction as it is fundamental to the bias in scientific "proofs". The climate control "knob"
Volcanoes reduce ozone volume allowing UV rad to force T by warming ocean surface layers. It is what likely ended the last glacial period and the LIA. Increase in ocean floor volcanic activity, coincidental, likely caused by planetary alignment meant there was bottom up and top down warming. It probably required both to end the glacial advance. Ozone is likely the driver of short term climate control, far superior to CO2 and a direct influencer of WV volume.
SST cooling causes La Nina conditions, and top water to become denser, it sinks causing underlying warmer water to rise producing El Ninos. Volcanoes moderate ozone in terms of 2 decades.

Tropospheric aerosol density offsets volcanic warming influence (via ozone volume) on the troposphere in terms of 1-3 years. Although I don't have data I'm pretty certain the positions of other planets (by amplification of lunar influence) relative to the Earth and Sun are a major factor in varying volcanic activity.

Of course ocean floor volcanoes are irrelevant... Aren't they? I won't comment on the image strengths and weaknesses (yet as I can't find the source pdf) other than to say the curve is indicative of the overall increase in volcanic and tectonic activity this century. Volcanoes that don't penetrate the stratosphere can be considered a tropospheric cooling factor and that their activity is ongoing, more than short term. Sulphate emission and aerosol dimming are the main factors, offset by WV emission that slows ocean cooling.

Excerpt: "If volcanic activity continues to increase, and there is an eruption big enough to send millions of tons of ash and dust into the upper layers of the atmosphere, then the Earth's temperature would likely drop at least a degree or two from present levels. This happened in June of 1991 when Mount Pinatubo exploded in the Philippines. For the following year, the Earth's temperature dropped about 1-2 degrees before recovering several years later."

A tentative hypothesis. 

Planets' positions influence the intensity of solar surface activity by gravitational tidal influence and the Earth's tectonic and volcanic activity by amplification of lunar tidal influence on the surface and plastic mantle, possibly the core too. Increased solar activity produces higher levels of UV and proton emissions. Proton levels vary the volume of N ions that precipitate down to the ozone layer, upper stratospheric ozone volume so varying UV penetration that varies ozone layer volume. A stratosphere penetrating eruption causes rapid cooling that is sustained for decades and subsequent eruptions compound cooling. Ozone forms more slowly with cooling, seasonal stratospheric polar ice clouds become more plentiful as crystal formation increases, a base for the production of ozone depleting compounds that amplify the seasonal depletion. Eruptions happening in short order amplify cooling to the point that WV, a source of H ions that break down O3, becomes scarce due to crystal formation, in turn amplified by droplet formation on erupted aerosols. Crystals reach a size that enables them to precipitate out of the stratosphere, reducing the H2O volume. As WV, H2O is a warming agent as an absorber of IR, as crystals a cooling agent due to albedo.

The loss of WV to crystals initially amplifies cooling caused by ozone depletion, dimming and sulphates from eruptions. Their precipitation removes a cooling influence and a source of H ions by sublimation of WV. The increased UV levels amplifying ozone formation produces a slow recovery, exceeding the ongoing N ion precipitation depletion source.

Consequences in the troposphere include shallow rapid warming of the oceans only slightly influenced by cloud that is mostly transparent to UV, amplification of ozone formation from human emissions and via higher isoprenes production by biomass (mainly trees, ferns and lichen), presumably the latter is a defence response.

Human intervention over centuries by deforestation has greatly depleted a strong climate moderator and in the short term, air quality controls have depleted a strong human influence on the climate as cloud forming aerosols and sulphates that have a high albedo. Now we are reducing the compensation paid to nature in the form of CO2 that speeds sapling growth and causes mature trees to add bulk as well as greening the planet at the rate of  1% every ~3 years.

Ozone is recovering. This is very likely due to the drying of the upper tropo- and stratosphere.
Still remaining to fully understand; the influence of radio waves on the ionosphere, its influence and that of the declining EMF on the lower atm. layers, the relation between ozone volume, stratospheric H2O, T and air currents, especially the cells - Hadley, Ferrel and Polar, trade winds, ENSO, global SST and lower tropospheric climate.

The scientific and public debate on what causes global warming has been very one-sided.
The claim the so-called greenhouse gases (chiefly the natural biological products, carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide) are the cause of global warming is only a theory.
It is not fact or an unequivocal truth, even though the proponents of the theory would want to claim the science behind their theory is beyond debate and supported by an overwhelming majority of scientists.
The reality is the scientists associated with climate change groupings represent only a small proportion of the total physical and biological scientists around the world, but collectively they have had an inordinately large influence on governments and policy makers.
In addition, they have adopted a condescending tactic to rebut criticism by disparaging or questioning the integrity or knowledge of those who oppose their point of view by labelling them deniers and sceptics and to claim the majority of scientists accept the so-called science of greenhouse gas-induced global warming.
The fact is there has been no poll among scientists concerning their beliefs and a large body of physical and biological scientists do not accept this theory (a recent scientific publication rejecting this theory had 10,000 signatories), as they believe the historic scientific record shows clearly the sun has always controlled and continues to control global temperature, not greenhouse gases.
Put simply, although very complex in reality, the earth's temperature balance is dictated by the net effects of energy into (solar irradiance), and energy out of (back radiation and heat loss), the earth's atmosphere and surface.
If energy in exceeds energy out the earth warms and if energy in is less than out the earth cools.
The greenhouse gas theory claims that increasing greenhouse gases restricts thermal energy out to the point that the energy balance is positively affected and therefore the earth warms.
The greenhouse gas theory of global warming, however, is only a very recent proposition in earth time, relating to the period of time since the industrial revolution.
It does not explain the reasons for the earth warming and cooling during the millennia of its existence.
The alternative point of view held by a very large number of scientists is that the variation in energy received from the sun has a much greater effect on global temperature balance than the effect of greenhouse gases on energy loss and therefore it is the sun's activity that has always dominantly controlled global warming and cooling. /more

What the Earth Knows
Understanding the concept of geologic time and some basic science can give a new perspective on climate change and the energy future
Any serious conversation about the planet’s climate and our energy future must begin, paradoxically, with a backward look at geologic time. The reason for this is that the way forward is fogged by misunderstandings about the earth. Experts are little help in the constant struggle in this conversation to separate myth from reality, because they have the same difficulty, and routinely demonstrate it by talking past each other. Respected scientists warn of imminent energy shortages as geologic fuel supplies run out. Wall Street executives dismiss their predictions as myths and call for more drilling. Environmentalists describe the destruction to the earth from burning coal, oil, and natural gas. Economists ignore them and describe the danger to the earth of failing to burn coal, oil, and natural gas. Geology researchers report fresh findings about what the earth was like millions of years ago. Creationist researchers report fresh findings that the earth didn’t exist millions of years ago. The only way not to get lost in this awful swamp is to review the basics and decide for yourself what you believe and what you don’t.

Geologic time is such a vast concept that it’s helpful to convert it to something more pedestrian just to get oriented. I like rainfall.

    * The total precipitation that falls on the world in one year is about one meter of rain, the height of a golden retriever.
    * The total amount of rain that has fallen on the world since the industrial revolution began is about 200 meters, the height of Hoover Dam.
    * The amount of rain that has fallen on the world since the time of Moses is enough to fill up all the oceans.
    * The amount of rain that has fallen on the world since the Ice Age ended is enough to fill up all the oceans four times.
    * The amount of rain that has fallen on the world since the dinosaurs died is enough to fill up all the oceans 20,000 times—or the entire volume of the earth three times.
    * The amount of rain that has fallen on the world since coal formed is enough to fill up the earth 15 times.
    * The amount of rain that has fallen on the world since oxygen formed is enough to fill the earth 100 times.

Common sense tells us that damaging a thing this old is somewhat easier to imagine than it is to accomplish—like invading Russia. The earth has suffered mass volcanic explosions, floods, meteor impacts, mountain formation, and all manner of other abuses greater than anything people could inflict, and it’s still here. It’s a survivor. We don’t know exactly how the earth recovered from these devastations, because the rocks don’t say very much about that, but we do know that it did recover—the proof of it being that we are here.

In principle, changes in climate should show up in rainfall statistics, hurricane frequency, temperature records, and so forth. As a practical matter they don’t, because weather patterns are dominated by large multi-year events in the oceans, such as the El Niño Southern Oscillation and the North Pacific Gyre Oscillation, which have nothing to do with climate change. In order to test the predictions, you’d have to separate these big effects from subtle, inexorable changes on scales of centuries, and nobody knows how to do that yet.

Humans can unquestionably do damage persisting for geologic time if you count their contribution to biodiversity loss. A considerable amount of evidence shows that humans are causing what biologists call the “sixth mass extinction,” an allusion to the five previous cases in the fossil record where huge numbers of species died out mysteriously in a flash of geologic time. A popular, and plausible, explanation for the last of these events, the one when the dinosaurs disappeared, is that an asteroid 10 kilometers in diameter, traveling 15 kilometers per second, struck the earth  and exploded with the power of a million 100-megaton hydrogen warheads. The damage that human activity presently inflicts, many say, is comparable to this. Extinctions, unlike carbon dioxide excesses, are permanent. The earth didn’t replace the dinosaurs after they died, notwithstanding the improved weather conditions and 20,000 ages of Moses to make repairs. The fact is we are a product of nature and subject to its laws. Some laws we have eased, of benefit only to ourselves, lifespan extension for example, but of absolutely no significance to the overall rule. Life expands to the limit of its ability to feed itself. I suspect that nature is looking for a way to expand life to other planets and as viruses travel from life form to life form, it will find a way that is better than bacteria in meteors. It doesn't do this with sentience, by its evolution life expands to exploit every possible means to diversify and extend. Many diversifications are failures. As greater complexity of life forms evolves a greater range of solutions becomes attainable. Space travel enabling the transfer of complex life to another planet is a solution for nature, a victory if you like.

What is the innate purpose of nature? Continuity in perpetuity. How does it move life towards this? Pressure on species forcing solutions to be found or to fail. The ultimate continuity is a stable universe. But that is a long way off. How do you make a star that burns forever? I suspect the dominant life form billions of years from now will have determined that as the universe is destined to carry on expanding into infinity or collapsing and repeating the creation process, the way for continuity would appear to be the construction of an artificial solar system beyond the universe.

Taking that as a lesson for the present day, if some humans wish to temporarily thwart nature and cause species destined to expire to endure a while longer, it is not an issue. Nature works in geological time spans. Diverting money to the preservation of fragile species while humans starve is a luxury of close-minded short term entertainment and immense profit to the eco fascist movement that thinks nature made a mistake in creating us, nothing more. They are the same people that fooled the world into thinking the gas of life is harmful. Realists unblinded by personal agenda, ambition and profit know humans have overcome seemingly impossible problems in supporting ever increasing populations. They also know that humans will continue because overcoming threats to this species' development is inherent to the species.

Conclusion
Taking what is just another nonsensical eco fascist scam to its logical conclusion, if all species were to be preserved (e.g. by avoiding change to habitat) into the future, there would be no room for evolution, humans would then be a threat to continuity. As the climate changes through natural cycles species would be unable to adapt. This is because of the way evolution works, a niche becomes available due to extinction, another species adapts to fill the vacancy. The more vacancies there are, the greater the adaptation. Humanity should really be considering such as colonising the Moon, perhaps mostly below ground, floating and perhaps orbiting towns. Mars will take too long. Because going against nature is a guarantee of an unhappy outcome.
Eco fascism is a dangerous threat to the continuance of nature's ultimate achievement to date, the human species. An obstacle to be overcome. The money wasted on fattening civilisation's eco fascist parasites could have fed, watered, housed and educated every person on the planet. Educated people have smaller families. That is the natural way to progress. Eco fascism is about domination and absolute control, not progress.

Notes for MPs and students.
If water vapour were to be removed from the atmosphere (yet ice and clouds remain) the climate would be 24 degrees C or so cooler.

CO2 additions are irrelevant to the climate because warming by back radiation is a proven lie. The way forward is to reforest the US, Europe and Asia and the UK. The product would be a wetter, greener, calmer climate and habitat extension. Monoculture and dependence on wood where alternatives exist has to end.

Climate change 'taxes' pushing up energy bills

This makes it an unfair tax and suggests that in its haste to drive forward climate change policies the previous government and those charged with taking forward its policies, such as energy industry regulator Ofgem, did not think it through.
At the moment there is no clarity on how these "taxes" are applied. If suppliers end up charging them as a flat fee, people consuming less energy will find themselves paying proportionately more.
The time to have this debate is now, because we are on the cusp of seeing these levies potentially rocket. Ernst & Young calculates that investment in Britain's energy supplies will cost more than £230 billion, potentially adding £548 to household energy bills over the next 15 years. /more

My idea, pull all the subsidies and tax breaks for wind energy providers and make them pay carbon tax if such remains legal. If there are objections talk about how the lobbyists never ever speak in terms of useful delivered energy (~8% of capacity) but only in terms of max capacity, never include cost of providing 90%+ reserve energy, never mention that turbines cause coal and gas plants to use more energy due to ramping up and down (like town driving versus mway cruising), never mention that CO2 emissions reduction is at best zero, and progressing into deficit (increasing emissions) at most with 3% penetration.

7,500 UK Firms Face Fines Under CO2 Scheme: WSP
Some 7,500 British firms are expected to miss a September 30 deadline to register for the UK's new energy efficiency scheme, meaning they face fines of at least 5,000 pounds each ($7,644), an environmental consultancy said on Tuesday.
The mandatory Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRCEES), which began on April 1, forces businesses like banks, hotels, hospitals and schools to register with the Environment Agency and monitor energy usage.
According to the government, the scheme will help cut annually by 2020 UK greenhouse gas emissions by 4 million tonnes and corporate energy bills by 1 billion pounds.
But around 40 percent of the 20,000 companies affected are unaware of their obligations and will therefore miss the registration deadline, said WSP Environment & Energy, a division of WSP Group. (Reuters)

This could be interesting, businesses may unite and challenge the basis of the fine. The government can't present credible evidence that CO2 emissions are in any way harmful because there ain't none - zilch, zero. Yet there is evidence that emissions are beneficial and the benefits far outweigh any opined negatives.

Germany’s energy intensive industries may have their profits cut by as much as 87 percent by 2020 due to the costs of carbon emissions certificates, the Financial Times Deutschland said, citing a report from Goetzpartners Corporate Finance Ltd.
Carbon emissions may cost German companies more than 5 billion euros if the law and emissions levels stay unchanged, according to the report’s conservative estimates, the newspaper said. (GWPF)

EIA Says Climate Bill Cuts GDP $452 Billion By 2035
July 16 -- Proposed Senate legislation to limit greenhouse gases from power plants, refineries and factories would cut U.S. gross domestic product by $452 billion, or 0.2 percent, between 2013 and 2035, the Energy Information Administration said today.
A cap-and-trade program for greenhouse gases “increases the cost of using energy, which cuts real economic output, reduces purchasing power, and lowers aggregate demand for goods and services,” the agency said in a report on legislation released May 12 by Senators John Kerry and Joseph Lieberman.
The legislation, which aims to cut the greenhouse gases scientists have linked to global warming 17 percent from the 2005 level by 2020, would cost the average household $206 a year, the EIA said in the report. (Bloomberg)

What's a little more climate fraud? Climate change chief clueless on euro loan
MANILA, Philippines – Climate Change Commission vice chairman Heherson Alvarez said he was unaware of the disbursement of the 150-million euro (roughly P10.5-billion) French loan that was originally intended to enhance the Philippines’ capability to deal with climate change but was used instead to plug the yawning budget deficit.
Alvarez, a former senator, said he never received any information about the loan and he only learned of its existence on June 23 in a meeting with officials of the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), which facilitated the loan.
Alvarez was reacting to a report by The STAR on the Arroyo administration’s using up the entire AFD loan during the election season from February to May for plugging the budget deficit. (The Philippine Star)

Money was/is a side issue but necessary for the main issue that was/is centralisation of government (federalisation being a stage) under an "elite" (gang-green speak for green mafia leadership) composed of bankers and selected criminals such as Soros, convicted of financial malfeasance, Strong, a fugitive from US justice due to alleged fraud while running the UN and conmen such as Gore and Blair. This government needs to be told to print a new UK currency and pay off the banks with it as a first step. All future borrowing to be from public (government owned) banks interest  free. Without this step the bankers will retain a stranglehold on policy decisions and keep the country beholden in perpetuity.
Payment of VAT receipts to the EC has to be investigated by the police. It is illegal. The EC has not been able to close its accounts for 14 years mainly due to fraud and has resisted investigation. The present commission has illegally extended its occupation of the office. Perhaps they are desperately trying to conceal evidence of fraud within the EC and the EU bureaucracy.
UN funding must be investigated. The UN is using a lot of the donated money to sustain and promote their own political agenda that includes the Rothschild/ Club of Rome vision. Much of the money is taken by fraudsters and the UN does little or nothing about it. The fugitive Strong's "alleged" fraud was a drop in the ocean. This is the public's money that politicians are giving to criminals. Aiding and abetting fraud knowingly is a crime in itself. If ignorance is pleaded their knowledge lack demonstrates incompetence sufficient to justify removal and barring from a position of influence.
Many of the conspiracy sites on the web are manifestations of the manipulators and deliberately and provably over the top to discredit other less outrageous sites. 9/11 has in particular seen evidence based sites closed for the weakest of reasons and nutter sites have risen in prominence.
My quiet backwater (kudos to the mods) remains but only as long as it remains low key.

It was edge of the seat entertainment and worth every penny whatever.  The pusuit of proving that kind of possible conspiracy has no positive outcome.  Late in 1920, Churchill told Lloyd George that he wanted to move to another cabinet post. On February 14, 1921, Churchill was appointed Colonial Secretary. When he took over the Colonial Office, the Balfour declaration was part of his legacy. 1921:  Under the orders of Jacob Schiff the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is founded by Ashkenazi Jews, Bernard Baruch and Colonel Edward Mandell House.  Schiff gave his orders prior to his death in 1920, as he knew an organisation in America needed to be set up to select politicians to carry on the Rothschild conspiracy,and the formation of the CFR was actually agreed in a meeting on May 30, 1919 at the Hotel Majestic in Paris, France.

How parasitical banks control the public and news

The gov't has to borrow money (due to incompetent management of the economy and currency manipulators) from a banker e.g. Rothschild. The bank creates money out of thin air and tells the gov't it has X amount of credit. The gov't immediately starts paying the bank interest. If the gov't was in charge of printing the money then it would simply print its requirements or borrow it from a 100% publicly owned gov't bank at zero interest.
(The gov't bank should be ring fenced from dealing with other banks, investors and investments other than between private house mortgages and gov't requirements. It should be made law that the bank must remain 100% publicly owned and the bank hierarchy should be elected by the public from a selection of professionals who are in turn nominated by perhaps independent universities. To get nominations from inside the industry is to give the control of the bank to the bank sharks.)
(The euro was money created out of thin air, a comparative is carbon credits. It has only the value the market or legislation gives it. Last week, Britain's new government said it would abandon the previous government's stimulus program and introduce the austerity measures required to pay down its estimated $1 trillion in debts. That means cutting public spending, laying off workers, reducing consumption, and increasing unemployment and bankruptcies. It also means shrinking the money supply, since virtually all "money" today originates as loans or debt. Reducing the outstanding debt will reduce the amount of money available to pay workers and buy goods, precipitating depression and further economic pain.

The financial sector has sometimes been accused of shrinking the money supply intentionally, in order to increase the demand for its own products. Bankers are in the debt business, and if governments are allowed to create enough money to keep themselves and their constituents out of debt, lenders will be out of business. The central banks charged with maintaining the banking business therefore insist on a "stable currency" at all costs, even if it means slashing services, laying off workers, and soaring debt and interest burdens. For the financial business to continue to boom, governments must not be allowed to create money themselves, either by printing it outright or by borrowing it into existence from their own government-owned banks.

Today this financial goal has largely been achieved. In most countries, 95% or more of the money supply is created by banks as loans (or "credit"). The small portion issued by the government is usually created just to replace lost or worn out bills or coins, not to fund new government programs. Early in the twentieth century, about 30% of the British currency was issued by the government as pounds sterling or coins, versus only about 3% today. In the U.S., only coins are now issued by the government. Dollar bills (Federal Reserve Notes) are issued by the Federal Reserve, which is privately owned by a consortium of banks.

Banks advance the principal but not the interest necessary to pay off their loans; and since bank loans are now virtually the only source of new money in the economy, the interest can only come from additional debt. For the banks, that means business continues to boom; while for the rest of the economy, it means cutbacks, belt-tightening and austerity. Since more must always be paid back than was advanced as credit, however, the system is inherently unstable. When the debt bubble becomes too large to be sustained, a recession or depression is precipitated, wiping out a major portion of the debt and allowing the whole process to begin again. This is called the "business cycle," and it causes markets to vacillate wildly, allowing the monied interests that triggered the cycle to pick up real estate and other assets very cheaply on the down-swing.

The financial sector, which controls the money supply and can easily capture the media, cajoles the populace into compliance by selling its agenda as a "balanced budget," "fiscal responsibility," and saving future generations from a massive debt burden by suffering austerity measures now. Bill Mitchell, Professor of Economics at the University of New Castle in Australia, calls this "deficit terrorism." Bank-created debt becomes more important than schools, medical care or infrastructure. Rather than "providing for the general welfare," the purpose of government becomes to maintain the value of the investments of the government's creditors.

The moral of the story is; give a banker an inch and she'll (he'll) bleed you dry. The UK government must be pressured into taking the printing of promissory notes back under public representatives' control preferably via a 100% publicly owned bank with accounts open to public view. And to back issuance and that in circulation with gold.
